Find yourself speaking or writing the same words repeatedly?  This app might help plant some new variety in your speech and thought.

An application designed to test knowledge of English words.  There are over 900 words of less frequently used, yet advanced words including: ambivalence, abrogate, bilateral, isometric, loquacious, microcosm, pyretic, somnolent, veracity, callous, effrontery, fetter, gambol, vacillate, and rescind.  The format is multiple choice.

Bat Maze - a new game

A bat got lost in a metropolitan area.  It's a little rough for the marsupial having to navigate between unpredictably sized pipes.  By amplitude of touch, help the bat.

Bat Maze is designed in the style of "Flappy Birds".  Bat Maze is not an easy game to gain a high score.  This game drives me crazy.  While it drives me nuts that I can't get a high score, I enjoy the challenge and play it several times a week.  I wanted to create a version with a bat as the character.

The goal is to get the bat through the pipes without any part of the bat touching the pipes.  This is accomplished through single tap, double tap, or a pause.  Tap quickly and regularly.  Do not lose focus.  I have tried it with a stylus but it's funner to try it with your fingers.  Good luck!  With practice, it gets easier.
